We ship across India. Shipping timelines depend on the priority level selected at checkout:

| Standard Shipping | 5–7 Business Days | Cost-effective shipping for non-urgent orders. |
| Express Shipping | 2–4 Business Days | Faster processing and dispatch via premium couriers. |
| Urgent / Rush | 24–48 Hours (Metro Cities) | Immediate production priority. Only available for select products and pin codes. |

Due to the personalized nature of our products (containing your unique designs, logos, and data), we do not accept returns.
Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect verified by our quality team.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
